Wood-Mode built its first cabinet in a small lumber in Pennsylvania in 1942, and today they continue the tradition, making fine custom kitchens in a state-of-the-art facility.
Wood-Mode's attention to detail and individual skill are at the heart of their quality. Their staff includes three generations of of highly skilled craftsmen working side by side. From selecting the finest trees to finishing their cabinetry, nearly all the process is still completed by hand.
While technology helps Wood-Mode craft fine cabinetry with impeccable quality, even the automated aspects of their construction are directed by seasoned cabinetmakers. Throughout the construction process, from choosing trees and milling lumber, to finishing and building cabinets, it's the knowledge of the American craftsman that makes Wood-Mode a leader in fine custom cabinetry.
